    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

     

    • 1. Fedex Express Shipping

    We ship worldwide. Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout. Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-3 working days to the shipping service provider, Fedex. Thereafter, an email with the tracking will be sent to you.

    Delivery time varies from 3-6 working days depending on countries and custom clearance. Real-Time tracking available on fedex.com. Please indicate in the order if you prefer a lower value to be declared. We will not be not liable for any custom tax that may incur.

• Exchange Policy

  • By purchasing on our website, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

    All sales are final. Returns/refunds/cancellation are not accepted.

     

    We allow size exchange for the same item purchased if all the following conditions are met:

    1. New. Unworn/unused
    2. With original packaging and tags attached
    3. Within 12 days from date of purchase

     

    In the event that the item you wish to exchange is not available, you may exchange for another product of the same brand with the same value or higher. We are not able to refund any balance if the exchanged value is lower.

    Exchange can be done at our office. Do make an appointment with us. Additional S$5 will be charged for your item(s) to be mailed out for exchange done by postage.

     

    We reserve the rights to reject any exchange if any of the conditions are not met and any final decision lies in the management of ORIGINALFOOK.
