    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

     

    • 1. Fedex Express Shipping

    We ship worldwide. Shipping cost will be calculated upon checkout. Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-3 working days to the shipping service provider, Fedex. Thereafter, an email with the tracking will be sent to you.

    Delivery time varies from 3-6 working days depending on countries and custom clearance. Real-Time tracking available on fedex.com. Please indicate in the order if you prefer a lower value to be declared. We will not be not liable for any custom tax that may incur.

• Exchange Policy

  • By purchasing on our website, you agree to the terms & conditions.

    All sales are final. We do not accept any returns/refunds/cancellation.

     

    We only allow size exchange for the same item purchased if all the following conditions are met:

    1. Non-sale items
    2. New & Unworn
    3. With packaging and original tags attached
    4. Within 10 days from date of purchase

     

    In the event that the item you wish to exchange is not available, you may change to another product of the same brand. 

    Exchange can be done directly at our office via appointment or simply mail back to us. An additional cost of S$5 per shipment will be required for your item(s) to be mailed out to you again.

     

    We reserve the rights to reject any exchange if any of the conditions are not met and any final decision lies in the management of ORIGINALFOOK.
