Can I change the shipping address?
For orders placed online we do provide the option to ship to an address different to the billing address. However, for security reasons, this service is discretionary. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or to verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address
If you have made a mistake with your shipping details please contact us immediately and we will try to amend them
Please note, due to the speed at which our Dispatch team work, we can make no guarantees to change addresses prior to shipping. If an order has been locked for processing by the Dispatch team or completed we are unable to amend the shipping address
Do I pay customs & import charges for international orders?
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country
These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise on the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country
The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes
Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift

exchange has to be done within 7 days from the time you receive the item
item must is in its original condition received (new, unworn, unscented, unwashed, unaltered, with packaging and tags intact)
$5 shipping fee is applicable for the newitem to be mailedto you
Kindly email to sales@originalfook.com and state your order number during the request. Any exchange requested after the timeframe will not be accepted.
You can choose to mail back the item or exchange at our office directly. The return address will be provided after your exchange request has been approved. We will not be liable for any lost mail if you return the parcel using non trackable shipping.
We reserve the rights to reject any exchange if any of the conditions are not met and any final decision lies in the management of ORIGINALFOOK Store Pte Ltd.
