The Crep Protect Bio Sneaker Wipes are individually wrapped, locking in the premium cleaning solution that helps clean dirt, marks, and stains.

The dual-sided wipe means double the surface area for cleaning; tackling stubborn dirt and marks with the textured side, and wiping away grime and stains with the smooth side.

Q. Aren’t Crep Protect Wipes just baby wipes in fancy packaging?

They're so much more! Crep Protect Wipes are soaked in our patented Cure cleaning formula with two sides, one with textured spots to lift stubborn marks. The wipes are also tried and tested for durability, meaning they will withstand the toughest of cleans without falling apart!

Q. Can I use them on suede or nubuck?

We do not recommend using Wipes on suede and nubuck as these materials are not designed to withstand moisture. Refer to our Cure solution and premium brush for safe suede and nubuck cleaning.

Q. If I’ve used Crep Protect Spray previously, will the Wipes remove the protective layer?

Yes, they will. Once dry, we advise reapplying the Spray after using Crep Protect Wipes.

Q. Can the rougher side of the Wipes damage the material of my shoes?

These wipes are great for touching up leather and foxing on all sneakers, and won’t damage those materials.

Do Crep Protect Wipes work on black scuff marks?

They absolutely do.

Do you ship to my country?

    • We deliver to almost all countries worldwide via Fedex. You will be able to select the option at checkout.

How much is shipping?

    • Shipping fees will be reflected at checkout.

Can I change the shipping address?

    • For orders placed online we do provide the option to ship to an address different to the billing address. However, for security reasons, this service is discretionary. We reserve the right to only ship to the billing address, or to verify details with our customers before shipping to a different address.
    • If you have made a mistake with your shipping details please contact us immediately and we will try to amend them.
    • Please note, due to the speed at which our Dispatch team work, we can make no guarantees to change addresses prior to shipping. If an order has been locked for processing by the Dispatch team or completed we are unable to amend the shipping address.

Do I pay customs & import charges for international orders?

    • Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country.
    • These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise on the cost, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
    • The customer takes full liability for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes.
    • Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.

How long does shipping take?

    • Southeast Asia: 2-3 working days
    • Other part of Asia: 3-5 working days
    • Europe/USA: 4-7 working days.
    • Other part of the world: 5-8 working days

      EXCHANGE POLICY

      By purchasing from our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds.

      Exchange is allowed if all of the following conditions are met:

      • Applicable for orders shipped within Singapore
      • Exchange must be done within 7 days from order received
      • Size change for the same product or other designs from the same brand
      • The item must be in its original receiving condition (new, unworn, odorless, unwashed, unaltered, with packaging and tags intact)
      • A $5 fee is required to reship the replacement item

      You can return the item via mail or exchange it in our store. If you return the product by non-trackable shipping, we will not be responsible for any missing mail.

      We reserve the right to reject any exchange if any of the conditions are not met, and the final decision rests with the management of ORIGINALFOOK.
